Our Coaching Staff

Mike Pressler

With five Northeast Conference titles and four NCAA tournament appearances in his time in Smithfield, head coach Mike Pressler has led the Bryant University men's lacrosse program to national prominence over the last decade.

Pressler completed his 14th season leading the Bulldogs in 2020, having posted a 136-92 (.596) record. In 35 seasons as a collegiate head coach, Pressler is 365-194 (.653).

Bryant won its fifth Northeast Conference title in 2017 and earned its fourth trip to the NCAA tournament with an 11-win season that included victories over a top-10 Yale squad and NEC regular-season champion Hobart - both on the road - along with Monmouth in the NCAA Opening Round.  Pressler's Bulldogs earned top-20 recognition in 2016.  Since his arrival in Smithfield in 2006-07, Pressler has turned the Bryant program into a consistent national threat at the Division I level. Never was that more evident than in the 2014 campaign, when he guided his Black and Gold all the way to the NCAA Quarterfinals.
